1. Return any new or unused product, including undamaged packaging, plus any hardware and printed materials, in the original package within 30 days. A restocking fee may be deducted from any item returned based on the condition of the item. If the item is defective or was shipped in error, then we will send a pre-paid shipping label or refund customer shipping costs.
2. Be sure to send the package pre-paid. Shipping charges are not refundable.
