Standard Shipping and Handling
Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS Ground, Amazon Shipping or USPS Services. Our FREE SHIPPING apply to all items that show "Standard Shipping”. Some products have a special shipping price listed for oversized, heavy packages to the protectorates, HI, AK and the international locations. Most items ship from our distribution center in California, but occasionally an item will ship directly from one of our suppliers to expedite delivery. All confirmed regular stock orders received by 2 p.m. Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary on custom or made to order items. Expedited freight options are also available.
Alaska and Hawaii: Additional shipping fee may be added to regular shipping charges.
U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands): Additional shipping fee may be added to regular shipping and handling charges.
Canada: Additional international shipping fee may be added to regular shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs to Canada are subject to change, due to the weight and/or size of your order. Orders will usually arrive in 5-14 business days. Additional shipping costs will be confirmed by email or phone prior to processing your order.
Duties and Taxes: There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some territories may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within Canada.
International Delivery
For all foreign countries, please use the following shipping and handling rates when calculating your order. Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery of your order. If you have any questions, please contact us. Some oversized items and shipments may require additional fees due to the shipping carrier's specifications; we will contact you before processing and shipping the order.
All international orders are shipped via Insured U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. If you would like an alternative or expedited shipping method, please contact us.
